Yes, the camera has a microphone and speaker for two-way audio, allowing real-time conversations via the app.
Does the camera need Wi-Fi?
Yes, a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network is required. (5GHz is not supported.) Wi-Fi enables video streaming and storage via the app.
Is the camera compatible with voice assistants?
Yes, the DOT Camera works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, letting you use voice commands to control it or view footage.

How long does the battery last?
The DOT Camera runs on four standard AA alkaline batteries, which last 2–3 months under typical usage. Actual duration depends on how often it records, network quality, and environmental factors. We recommend checking the battery level regularly.
Does the camera work without Internet?
If you’re using local storage, the camera will continue recording even without an internet connection. However, cloud storage requires internet access.
Can I share the camera with others?

Is the camera waterproof?
