UltiCAM National Support Center

The availability of quality Professional Services and Support to all Customers of UltiCAM software systems is extremely important. In order to ensure that quality services are provided, Total Wire Software Company offers a wide range of services to ensure your success. 


Consulting Services for UltiCAM consist of up to ten days on your site providing data load and implementing specific work flow procedures for using UltiCAM.


Whether your company needs assistance in software training or in planning your cable plant documentation, we provide customized on-site solutions tailored to your needs.



Installation and Training

Installation Services for UltiCAM consists of one day on your site. The services performed consist of software installation on an authorized processor and execution of standard tests to verify satisfactory installation and execution. 


A site survey and a review of the existing documentation is also included which will be used in the training class. This service is required for all network installations.


Training Services for UltiCAM consists of three or four days on your site for Customer employees. Services performed consist of both user and technical training and associated training materials. 

Maintenance Services

Total Wire Software Company provides a high-quality level of support to our Customers requesting an annual Maintenance Agreement. The annual Maintenance Fees is priced separately for each software version.


The Customer is provided with updated versions of UltiCAM containing improvements, code corrections and version updates. 


Prompt telephone advice and guidance on all aspects of UltiCAM is provided between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST Monday through Friday via 1-800 telephone support number. Plus, remote diagnostics, if necessary, are included.
